Most cat are homebodies, preferring to stay in their own house rather than travel anywhere.  But, if you have an unusual kitty, who likes to go wherever you go, an article in the Boston Globe offers some hotels that not only allow pets, also have perks for pets.

The James in Chicago offers pets staying with them a pet travel kit, a service menu from a nearby pet spa and a food menu from a nearby restaurant.  One item on the menu is smoked salmon lollipops for kitties.

At the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, pets can record their own cd.  The music package includes a limo ride to the recording studio, pet room service, and pet massage.

The Hotel Palomar in Washington DC offers souvenir pet tags, a food bowl, treats, massage, and heated pet beds.

Other hotels that allow all pets, but whose services focus more on dogs than cats include Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, California, Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida, and Camp Fideaux in Sun Valley, Idaho.
