Flea Season is Around The Corner For the Cold Weather States

If you are in the colder states, you are going to start seeing some nicer weather and along with that nice weather comes fleas. Protecting your cats and even dogs from contacting fleas is so important to their health as well as your peace of mind. It is time to head to the vet or pet store for some flea repellent.

Once you have fleas on the cat is to late to start thinking about flea control, you have to start before the cats or dogs get fleas. I like Frontline for my cats and dogs. It is good for one month and costs around $12 a tube. The tube is good for one month. It is applied between the shoulder blades of the animal and works its way throughout the body.

Is It Abuse to Have A Home Filled With Cats

to many catsSome people might not call it abuse to have a house full of cats, but it is unsanitary and unhealthy for the people and the cats. The abuse comes when the people that take these cats into their homes do not have the vaccinations, health check ups or proper diets as well as neutering and spaying. If a person thinks they are saving the cats from being wild and living in the elements of the weather, they might just be wrong if they are not giving the proper care to the cats.
