Some people might not call it abuse to have a house full of cats, but it is unsanitary and unhealthy for the people and the cats. The abuse comes when the people that take these cats into their homes do not have the vaccinations, health check ups or proper diets as well as neutering and spaying. If a person thinks they are saving the cats from being wild and living in the elements of the weather, they might just be wrong if they are not giving the proper care to the cats.
