Cat care business is very effective to be built up by those people with higher inclination to caring for a cat. Cat lovers have more chances to succeed on this type of business. There are two types of cat care business that you can choose from. One is the home based cat care business and the second is the commercialized cat care business.

• Home based cat care business – you can select this kind of business if you cannot leave home because of the house chores. You only have to be so patient enough in caring for the cats trusted to you by your customer. In home based cat care business majority of your customers are your neighbours. You do not need to comply with a business registration if you plan to have the least cats in your custody.
• Commercialized cat care business – this is the higher form of cat care business. In this type your customers will no longer be limited to your neighbours. Also you will be required to accomplish the registration process that is required by the government. Another thing to expect when you choose this type is that you will be obliged to find a place where you can house more cats.

Basically, cat care business is a pet sitting business. When you build such a business you will become a pet sitter. A pet sitter is just equivalent to a baby sitter in terms of description. It is not difficult to pet sit a cat since it can stay in one place when the condition is not against the will of the cat. Older cats can be placed in one place unlike those kittens which are very lively and playful. Although pet sitting does not require extra effort unlike in baby-sitting, proper physical monitoring and social interactions must be given to the pets. You will also be responsible for the foods the cats eat and you have to monitor them every now and then.

A cat care business does not need to have a veterinarian because cat care business owners do not include veterinary services in their business. However, it is possible to integrate both veterinary service and cat care service into one business. In this case, you will be required to hire a professional veterinarian.

Creating a business must not always be focused on the earnings you make but on the happiness it gives to you and to your customer. In the case of cat care business, you does not just give happiness to your customers but also to the cats your caring for.
